Finding my balance & jumping my way into shape!
All aboard the blog snobs train! Yup, that's right. I went ahead and did it! I've hopped on the blog train and to be honest, I'm starting this journey completely blind. Being new to the world of blogging, i'm not all too sure what I'm getting myself into, but I'm excited to go on this journey and see where it leads me. Even if nobody reads this, this will act as my personal journal to staying in shape while encouraging others around me to do the same. And to my family and friends a far who are always wondering what i'm up to, my hope is that this blog will allow you to keep up with my simple, little, complex and yet, not so complex life.
Pick my brain as I go on this path to becoming a fitness trainer and as I explore new workouts, books, food, and other random fitness related things that catch my fancy. Enjoy!
